Real conversations. Real change together.

A safe and inclusive space to listen, share, learn and grow as a community.

WHAT IS THE SOV CIRCLE?

Real conversations. Meaningful connection.

The SOV Circle is a safe and inclusive space for open conversations where people can share experiences, feel heard, valued and respected.Through these conversations, we listen to the stories, ideas and needs within our community.

What we learn helps shape the programs, support and opportunities we create.

WHAT HAPPENS IN SoV CIRCLE?

01

Welcome & Introduction

We begin by creating a welcoming space, setting expectations and helping everyone feel comfortable.

02

Voluntary
Sharing

Participants are invited to
share personal experiences,
but sharing is
always optional.

03

Anonymous Questions

Participants can submit questions anonymously, creating space for topics that may be difficult to raise openly.

04

Open Conversation

The group explores questions, experiences and perspectives through respectful and honest discussion.

05

Shared Meal & Connection

We finish with time to connect informally, share a meal and strengthen relationships with others.

A safe and confidential Space

What is shared in the Circle stays in the Circle. Participants are asked to respect each other’s privacy, and a confidentiality agreement is introduced at the beginning of each session to help create a trusted environment for honest conversation.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER CIRCLE?

We Listen. We Learn. We Respond.

We Listen

We pay attention to the questions, challenges and themes that emerge through each Circle.

We Learn

What people share helps us better understand the needs, experiences and opportunities within our community.

We Respond

These insights help shape future workshops, mentoring support and community initiatives that respond to real needs.

Scars are not the end of the story.
They are proof that we survived, grew, and kept moving forward.
